- The warranty for cables covers fraying of the knitted cable, the cable ceasing to charge, and damage to connectors.
- Coverage varies by model. The products are covered for 1-2 year(s) period, while some of have a *Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Claim Process
For: Cables, Chargers (Under 30W), and Phone Cases
- Submit the corresponding forms below.
- There is no need to return the product unless our support team contacts you for further action.
- On completion, you will be redirected to Warranty Replacement page.
- Please ensure you select the correct product model from the drop-down menu to avoid ordering errors. LBT is not responsible for incorrect orders.
- Proceed to checkout.
- There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $14.99 plus tax.
- Order confirmation and delivery status will be sent after payment is received.
For: Chargers (35W and above), Wireless Chargers, Car Accessories, Adapters, Audio, and Other Accessories
- Our team will review your request and contact you with next steps.
- No additional action is required after submission until you are contacted.
*Each replacement order must be placed separately. We cannot ship multiple items in one order. If you need to replace more than one item, please submit separate claims.
*LBT does not accept in-person pick-ups for replacements. This aim to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.
What type of product would you like to warranty?
Limitations On Warranty
Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse or modification of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your device/s as a result of the use of any LBT product. Our warranty policy does not cover lost or stolen products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBT is not responsible for direct, or for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including without limitation any costs of replacing personal property, or costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the LBT product.
Not Covered Under Warranty
- Wear-and-tear: deterioration or any defects resulting from normal aging, scratches, abrasions, and other marks due to natural wear-and-tear.
- Items that have expired their warranty period.
- Items that discontinued.
- Products without proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Repairs done through third parties.
- No devices (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, etc.) are covered by our warranty.
- Damage from external sources or misuse (including falls, extreme temperatures, liquids, improper operation).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
- *Limited Lifetime: not covered under warranty: damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, liquids, operating devices improperly)

When I return a defective item, when will you receive it?
The arrival time of your returned item depends on the shipping carrier and is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will notify you once we receive the returned item.
When will I receive my replacement item?
After you have completed your return order, please allow us 1-2 business days to process your replacement. You can expect to receive your replacement item within 7-9 business days. We hope you enjoy your new purchase!
Why do I need to pay the shipping fees?
The shipping cost for returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. This helps to streamline the return process. Once we receive and verify the defect of the product, we will proceed with the necessary actions to resolve the issue, ensuring you receive the assistance you need.
What do you mean by Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty means that we will provide a replacement for your defective phone cases or screen protectors for as long as the product is available in our inventory. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, liquids, operating devices improperly.
What if I don’t have or lost my receipt/invoice?
It is essential to have proof of your purchase to process a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with a replacement without a receipt or invoice.
Why is the product not in stock or not listed on the website?
If a product is not in stock or no longer appears on our website, it has likely been discontinued. Our warranty policy covers defects and malfunctions only for products that are actively in production and available for sale. Once a product is discontinued, we cannot provide warranty services as we no longer produce or stock parts necessary for repair or replacement.
