Returns and Exchanges

• You have 7-days from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange. The date received is determined by the delivery date recorded in the tracking information.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from the LBTStore Website are eligible for return or exchange. 
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all original accessories.

Process

1. To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at support@lbtstore.com within the 7-day period.
2. Await further instructions via email regarding the return or exchange process. (We only offer a one-time exchange for items. If you choose to exchange an item, no further exchanges or returns can be made on the replacement item.)
3. We will reply to all inquiries within 24-48 hours (business hours).

Please note that return eligibility is based solely on the conditions mentioned above. Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
